Texas Court Upholds $15.7 Million Patent Infringement Verdict for Rembrandt Wireless

MARSHALL, Texas – Judge Rodney Gilstrap of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has upheld a $15.7 million jury verdict in favor of Rembrandt Wireless Technologies LP after denying a request for a new trial on damages issues filed by Korean electronics giant Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.
Rembrandt is a business technology company with headquarters in Pennsylvania.
