Associate

Hilary S. Greene is a trial lawyer who has handled cases for individuals and as well as mass action litigation. She has focused on large, years-long cases involving in-depth and lengthy discovery. She has handled defective product cases, breach of contract disputes, presented arguments before a federal appeals court, and conducted oral and written discovery.

Ms. Greene interned for U.S. District Judge David Hittner of the Southern District of Texas while attending South Texas College of Law. In law school, she was on law review and won state and national advocacy competitions for briefs and oral advocacy. After graduation, she taught and mentored students competing in national moot court competitions on various topics including constitutional law, bankruptcy, administrative law, health law and civil rights law.

Before joining AZA, Ms. Greene was an associate at Moriarty Leyendecker, PC.

Ms. Greene is a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow.

REPRESENTATIVE WORK:

  • Represents, along with co-counsel, more than 2,700 children in claims arising out of abusive treatment at a national dental clinic chain.
  • Handled defective hip implant multi-district litigation cases.
  • Managed client intake, drafted petitions, handled oral and written discovery, and engaged in motion practice for breach of contract, negligence, Deceptive Trade Practices Act and breach of fiduciary duty cases.
  • Handled oral hearings, including argument to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Drafted integral protective orders regarding confidentiality of document production.
